Christmas in Germany

  • This event has passed.
Saturday, December 7, 2024 - Sunday, December 8, 2024

Experience the warmth and magic of a German Christmas at the GAI! Join us for Christmas in Germany, a festive event designed to capture the charm and joy of the holiday season.

Sip on a traditional German beer or warm Glühwein (hot mulled wine), indulge in hearty favorites like Bratwurst and pretzels, or cozy up with homemade soups and sweet German cakes. The GAI Haus will be decorated from the Rathskeller to the ballroom, creating a winter wonderland filled with seasonal goods for sale. Step outside to our large heated tent, where food, drinks, and cheerful music will fill the air or warm your spirit by the fire outside.

Enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities:

German Model Trains & Toy Exhibit: A unique display in the ballroom for all to admire.
Christmas Crafting: Fun and festive activities for adults and children alike.
Christmas Storytime: Enjoy German holiday stories
Meet Sankt Nikolaus: A holiday classic perfect for young children.
