June 13-June 14, 2026

Celebrate one of St. Paul’s longest-running ethnic festivals at Deutsche Tage, held on the beautiful grounds of the Germanic-American Institute. This year’s festival will highlight the many contributions of German Americans in the United States, with programs exploring how German heritage has shaped American culture, traditions, foodways, music, and community life.

Throughout the weekend, guests can experience a vibrant mix of culture and celebration. Enjoy authentic German and European food, Paulaner beer, German wine, and a rich lineup of performances including a choral music theme that highlights the strong German tradition of singing and community choirs. Join in on sing-alongs, take part in scavenger hunts across the festival grounds, and enjoy live music, traditional dance, and interactive activities for all ages. Deutsche Tage offers something for everyone in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. View full entertainment schedule here.
